What People Build With Us

Professional building at Fractal

The PM

6 months on the backlog. Built in an afternoon.

She'd been asking her engineering team to build a customer research tool for six months. She built a working prototype at a single Fractal event.

Collaborating at Fractal

The Founder

Ops workflow he'd been treating as a dev project. Done on a Saturday.

Automated a chunk of his business operations he'd always assumed required an engineer to touch.

Working at the Fractal space

The Lawyer

His firm's IT department quoted six figures. He started building it himself.

A contract analysis system, begun at a Fractal event, before dinner.

Why This Works

Fractal cohort

An Elite Community

Mid-career lawyers, founders, PMs, consultants, and executives. All building. The room changes what you think is possible.

Collaborating at Fractal

Taught by the Best

Curriculum designed by engineers now at OpenAI. Every session led by practitioners who build these systems professionally.

Building at Fractal

You Build Something Real

No certificates. You graduate with a deployed tool built around your expertise. Something that runs in the world.

Fractal community event

A Community That Compounds

Permanent access to the Fractal space, weekly build nights, and alumni network. Each cohort makes it more valuable.

The Curriculum

From first setup to full capability in 6 weeks.

Part 1

Master the Tools

Get a powerful personal AI setup running from day one. You'll develop strong intuitions for how to use Claude Code and the modern AI stack effectively, including how to make your setup smarter and more capable over time. By the end of this arc, the tools feel like an extension of how you already think.

Part 2

Transform the Work You Already Do

Apply what you've built directly to your job. The way you research, write, analyze, communicate, and organize your work: all of it gets faster, higher quality, and increasingly automated. This isn't hypothetical. You'll be applying these tools to real work you're doing right now.

Part 3

Unlock What You Couldn't Do Before

Beyond doing your existing work better: start doing things that weren't possible before. This arc is about raising the ceiling. New capabilities, new tools, new ways of working that expand what you can produce and what you can offer. Most professionals come in thinking about incremental improvement. They leave thinking about different categories of work entirely.

Apply for the Next Cohort

Cohort size is intentionally small. Enough to keep the community tight and the instruction personal. First cohort is forming now.

Not sure if this is the right move? Book a call with our team. You'll get a clear picture of the specific impact these skills could have on your career, and an honest answer on whether the Fellowship is the right fit for you.

Frequently Asked Questions

I'm not technical at all. Can I still do this? +

Yes, but you need to be willing to work. The program is designed for people with real-world experience who are learning to build, not people who already know how to code. If you can use a computer and think in systems (which you do: that's what experience in any serious field gives you), you have what you need to start.

What if I can't make a session? +

Life happens. Reach out and we'll make it work. The program is rigorous, but it's designed for professionals with real schedules, not for people who can pause their lives for six weeks.

Is this in-person only? +

Yes. The in-person element is core to the experience. The community, the build nights, the cohort dynamic. None of it translates to Zoom. If you're not in NYC or able to be for the duration of the program, this cohort may not be the right fit.

What does "permanent community" actually mean? +

After the program ends, you keep access to the Fractal space, build nights, and alumni events indefinitely. There's no subscription, no expiration date. The community grows with each cohort, so the longer you're in it, the more valuable it gets.

What happens after the six weeks? +

You have your capstone: a deployed project you built. You have the skills. And you have ongoing access to a community of people building at the frontier. That's the real output.

Is there a job guarantee? +

No. This program isn't designed to help you get hired somewhere. It's designed to make what you already do dramatically more powerful. The people who come here already have careers they're good at. They leave being able to build tools their firms would have paid six figures for.

Apply Now. Spots Are Limited.

The professionals who build these skills today will be operating in a different category from the ones who wait. Because judgment and the ability to build compound on everything you already know, and that advantage grows as the tools improve.
